Metereologías colectivas

Meteorologías colectivas es una propuesta de un proceso íntimo de porosidad viscosa, una re-articulación colectiva, una búsqueda de espacio relacional que nos dé cabida. Es una oportunidad de posibilitar un espacio de calidad donde compartir experiencias, herramientas y desafíos con personas pertenecientes a grupos y colectivos artísticos y cuestionarnos colectivamente sobre qué prácticas queremos sostener y de qué manera, así como desarrollar herramientas y nuevos modos de relacionarnos y de estar en el mundo, participando conscientemente en sistemas humanos y más que humanos resilientes, capaces de repensarse y adaptarse a contextos emergentes.

Una investigación encarnada en cuatro actos, un esamblaje emergente de personas, materias vibrantes, grupos, tarros de vidrio con fermentos de zanahoria, rabanito, cítricos, chucrut, levaduras, una damajuana con hidromiel, los libros Vibrant matter de Jane Vennett, Emergent Strategy. Shaping Change, Changing Worlds de Adrienn Maree Brown y Conflict Is Not Abuse, Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility, and the Duty of Repair de Sarah Schulman, crackeras de semillas, palabras, bacterias, papeles y bolis, salmueras y muchas pócimas traslúcidas. Sobre todo lo que ocurre y no ocurre cuando metes vegetales en tarros con salmuera y los colocas en un rincón frío y oscuro, de percibir, ser y co-habitar con otres que a veces no podemos entender fácilmente, de intuir el entorno y las condiciones que necesitamos para que crezca algo, de ser capaces de crearlo y mantenerlo. Como cierre compartimos un momento de recolecta, de compartir prácticas que nos funcionan como grupo y recoger las que emergen con más fuerza en este lugar y momento, con las personas y microorganismos presentes, para generar juntas una herramienta, fruto de la inteligencia colectiva situada, en formato de siete cartas, a las que poder volver cuando sintamos que estamos olvidando cuidar el espacio relacional del que formamos parte.

¿Qué pasa cuando “fermentamos un grupo”? ¿En qué se relacionan la fermentación con la facilitación grupal? ¿Qué herramientas social-microbianes nos funcionan en los grupos de los que formamos parte?

Collective Meteorologies is a proposal for an intimate process of viscous porosity, a collective re-articulation, a search for a relational space that gives us space. It is an opportunity to facilitate a quality space where we can share experiences, tools and challenges with people belonging to artistic groups and collectives and collectively question ourselves about what practices we want to sustain and in what way, as well as develop tools and new ways of relating and being in the world, consciously participating in human and more than human systems that are resilient, capable of rethinking and adapting to emerging contexts.

An enquiry embodied in four acts, an emergent assemblage of people, vibrant matter, groups, glass jars of fermenting carrot, radish, citrus, sauerkraut, yeast, a demijohn of mead, Jane Vennett’s Vibrant matter, Emergent Strategy. Shaping Change, Changing Worlds by Adrienn Maree Brown and Conflict Is Not Abuse, Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility, and the Duty of Repair by Sarah Schulman, crackers of seeds, words, bacteria, papers and pens, brines and many translucent potions. About everything that happens and doesn’t happen when you put vegetables in jars with brine and place them in a cold, dark corner, about perceiving, being and co-inhabiting with others that sometimes we can’t easily understand, sensing the environment and the conditions we need for something to grow, being able to create and maintain it. In order to close, we shared a moment of recollection, of sharing practices that work for us as a group and collecting those that emerge with more strength in this place and moment, with the people and microorganisms present, to generate together a tool, the fruit of collective intelligence, in the format of seven cards, to which we can return when we feel that we are forgetting to take care of the relational space of which we are a part.

What happens when we «ferment a group»? How does fermentation relate to group facilitation? What social-microbial tools work for us in the groups we belong to?
